codes, including those already existing in your data files.
Within the industry, procedure codes are recognized as CPT codes (Current Procedural Terminology) and are established by the American Medical Association. Diagnosis codes are labeled ICD-9 (International Classification of Diseases, 9th revision) and are published by the World Health Organization.
