Medisoft Consultation

This on-site service is designed to be a follow up to a traditional training session, but is available to any office who would like to utilize it. This service will help you capitalize on the Medisoft functionality you invested in and bring more efficiency into your office practices. The cost for this service is $75 per hour. Travel fees would be additional for offices located outside of Springfield, MO. There are no minimum hours required.

• End Users- We will analyze your staff's office practices as it pertains to Medisoft and scan for areas where staff is not utilizing Medisoft to its full potential. Suggestions and demonstrations of ways to increase efficiency will be given.

• Collecting money from patients
• Sending patient statements
• Scheduling
• Printing appointment lists and super bills
• Entering charges and billing
• Posting payments
• Collecting on aging claims
• Adjustment of settings within Medisoft to match the needs of the practice
• And more



• Practice Managers and/or Owners- As a manager or an owner, increase your knowledge of running reports and understanding them to improve business health.

• End Users and Practice Managers/Owners- How much consultation you receive and for whom is up to you. You may only need a one time, efficiency spruce up or feel you need this on an ongoing basis until you are satisfied with the level of efficiency in your office procedures.
