Medisoft v16 to be Available in Software Download Format

With the general availability (GA) of Medisoft Version 16 (v16), we are changing our software delivery method from CDs to downloadable ISO files. An ISO file is an image of a CD/DVD containing exact binary copies of the original CD/DVD. The Medisoft v16 and Medisoft Clinical ISO files will be available on http://www.medtechsys.net as soon as Medisoft v16 is GA (scheduled for March 2, 2010).

In order to open the ISO files, you will need to download an ISO file extractor.

Changes to Software Fulfillment with Medisoft v16

Beginning on May 3, 2010, a physical case with the product DVD(s) will no longer be sent to you when you place an order. Instead, you will receive an e-mail with the software serial number(s) required to register the product.

When you submit the order for Medisoft v16, you must include the e-mail address for delivery of the associated serial numbers. Please note that you will be responsible for providing us with the correct e-mail address for serial number delivery.

Certificates with the serial numbers for each order also will be mailed to your office. You will install the product using the ISO files that you download from http://www.medtechsys.net.

If after May 3, 2010, you require physical DVDs in addition to the ISO files posted on the website, please include the DVD as part of the order that you submit. You will be charged $35.00 per order. We will continue to send DVDs through May 3, 2010, at no charge.
