Medisoft v12 service pack 1 and prior are not fully compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista™. At this time, Medisoft v12 service pack 2 and higher will function with the Vista operating system. The compatibility testing of Medisoft v12 service pack 2 took place using Microsoft Vista Business edition only in both the 32- and 64-bit solutions. No other editions of Vista will be tested or supported. Medisoft Version 12 is the only version that will be updated for Vista compatibility. At this time, Version 12 is only supported on Windows 2000, XP Pro, and Vista Business. We still have access to XP Pro if you need new work stations for older versions of Medisoft.
