If I need to return my Medisoft, can I? Yes. If you need to return your product we will be happy to do that for you minus a 15% restocking fee to cover our expense in processing your order. The product must be in an unregistered condition.

If I need to return my Medisoft after I have registered it, can I? Yes. There is a $100 de-registration fee that McKesson charges for this.
